I traveled from Bangkok to SiemReap via Poipet , left Bangkok Mo-chit Bus station at 06.30 hrs > bus ticket cost 193 Baht >>Bangkok - Aranyaprathet 300 km travel time 4 hours>>>after arrive Aranyatrathet I continued by Tuk Tuk to border cost 80 Baht>>>walked across the border>>>> take Private Taxi (Camry) cost 40-45 USD per CAMRY >>>>>travel time from Poipet to SiemReap 3 Hours
I left Bangkok 06.30 hrs arrived SiemReap 14.00hrs.
Road condition from Poipet to Siemreap much better than before.
Summary Travel Time Bangkok-SiemReap via Poipet
Bangkok-Aranyapratet 300 km>>4 Hours
Border crossing >> 0.45 Hours
Poipet-SiemReap 150 km by Camry >> 3 Hours

This is the Update information
-A/C Public bus from Mo-Chit Bangkok to Aranyaprathet fare is 193 Baht >> I departurted Bangkok 7.00 am arrived Aranyapratet 11.25 am / 300 Km (185Mi) >>travel time 4 hour 25 minute >> Good nice clean A/C Bus.
-Tuk Tuk from Aran bus station to Border now 60-70 Baht per Tuk Tuk, took about 10 minute from Aran bus station to border
then walked across the border

To stamp passport for departure from Thailand....there are 2 special counters for NON THAI passport inside the building right side, NO need to line up behind Thais>>you are non-Thai passport >>keep straight inside the building >>you will see counter for NON THAI passport
-Visa on arrival at border 1,000 Thai Baht
